About Us

Our Legacy of Care and Innovation

From a small engineering-driven startup in 1997 to becoming India’s trusted medical equipment brand, our journey is driven by innovation, quality, and purpose.

One of the very few Indian companies manufacturing neonatal equipment completely in-house.

Built with design, tooling, molding, engineering & assembly under one roof.

What This Journey Means to Us

Not just milestones, but lives touched.

Not just products, but purpose-built solutions.

Not just a timeline, but a promise — to keep evolving, keep caring, and keep protecting the most fragile lives.

1997

Founded nice Neotech with a clear vision: to manufacture high-quality medical devices at affordable costs—marking the beginning of our commitment to neonatal care.

2001

Officially incorporated as a Private Limited company, establishing a strong platform for structured growth and long-term expansion.

2003

Commenced export operations, taking Neotech’s neonatal care solutions beyond India to international markets.

2004

Achieved ISO 9001 certification for the Quality Management System, reinforcing our commitment to consistent quality, process control, and continuous improvement.

2005

Launched the Transport Incubator, enabling safe and reliable neonatal care during patient transfer.

2009

Introduced the Transilluminator and T-piece Resuscitator, expanding support for critical neonatal diagnostics and resuscitation.

2010

Achieved CE Certification across most product categories and obtained ISO 13485 certification, reinforcing compliance with global quality and regulatory standards.

2013

Developed and manufactured India’s first Air-Oxygen Blender and Active Respiratory Humidifier, marking Neotech’s entry into advanced respiratory care.

2016

Established an in-house mould-making facility, strengthening design control and manufacturing self-reliance.

2017

Expanded manufacturing capabilities with corrugated tube extrusion, compression moulding, and plastic injection moulding facilities.

2018

Launched advanced Infant Incubators and Radiant Warmers integrated with Masimo monitoring, Central Nursing Station (CNS), and mobile app connectivity—enhancing clinical monitoring and workflow efficiency.

2020

Supported the national COVID-19 response through collaboration with Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) in ventilator manufacturing.

2023

Achieved a major regulatory milestone with MDR CE certification for key respiratory care devices, including the Active Humidifier, Bubble CPAP Device, and Mechanical Air–Oxygen Mixer.

2024

Launched Mitraa™, the Infant Swaddle Warmer—designed to support gentle, development-friendly thermal care.

2025

Set a global benchmark in neonatal care by securing MDR CE certification across a comprehensive range of NICU devices, including radiant warmers, phototherapies, incubators, transport incubators, and T-piece resuscitators.
